Augusta Dynamics is a trade name of Augusta Industries B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 42013933). Augusta Industries B.V. is the controller for the processing described in this policy.

2. What data we process

We only process the personal data listed below:

• Contact details you submit — when you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message.
• Application details — if you apply for a role, we process the information you choose to share with us.
• Technical data — our hosting infrastructure records IP addresses and basic request data in server logs for security and operational purposes.

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up on it (legitimate interest, and steps prior to entering into a contract).
• To handle your job application (steps prior to entering into a contract).
• To keep our website secure and operational (legitimate interest).
• To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary functionality is used to serve the site. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated first and, where required, your consent will be requested.

5. How long we keep data

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows.

Application data is deleted no later than four weeks after the conclusion of an application procedure, unless you give us consent to keep it on file for up to one year.

Server logs are kept for a short rotation period only.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run this website and our email (such as hosting providers), under data processing agreements, and with authorities where the law requires it. Where possible, data is processed within the European Economic Area.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
